CreatorPilot collects the following data to provide its services:

• Google Account: Email address, display name, profile picture (via Google OAuth)
• YouTube Channel Data: Channel ID, subscriber count, view counts, video titles, thumbnails, analytics metrics
• Payment Information: Subscription status managed via Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Usage Data: Feature usage counts, AI analysis usage for plan limit enforcement

• Process subscription payments and manage plan access

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your Google user data to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any unrelated purpose. Your data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers (operational necessity only): We share data with the following providers solely to operate our service. Each is contractually obligated to protect user data and may only process it as necessary to deliver their service:
  • Google LLC — OAuth authentication and YouTube Data API access
  • Anthropic PBC — AI analysis (receives video titles and performance metrics only; no personal identifiers such as name, email, or profile picture are transmitted)
  • Stripe Inc. — Payment processing and subscription management
  • Vercel Inc. — Hosting and infrastructure
  • Neon Inc. — Database services (data stored encrypted)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred with prior notice to affected users.
• User Themselves: Your data is accessible to you through the CreatorPilot dashboard and reports.

We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, AI/ML model training, or any purpose beyond providing the CreatorPilot service to you.

5. Data Protection Mechanisms / 데이터 보호 방법

We implement the following technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including sensitive Google user data:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected using TLS/HTTPS encryption. All API communications with Google, Anthropic, and Stripe use HTTPS.
• Encryption at Rest: Data stored in our database (Neon PostgreSQL) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption provided by the database infrastructure.
• OAuth Token Security: Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely in the database and are never exposed to the client-side, logged in plaintext, or transmitted to third parties.
• Access Control: YouTube and Google user data is accessible only to the authenticated account owner. No other users or unauthorized internal staff have access to individual user data.
• Minimal Data Collection: We request only the minimum OAuth scopes necessary to provide our service (read-only YouTube analytics access). We do not request write permissions to your YouTube account.
• Infrastructure Security: We use SOC 2-compliant infrastructure providers (Vercel and Neon) for hosting and database services.
• Regular Security Reviews: We conduct periodic security assessments of our infrastructure and dependencies.

6. Data Retention / 데이터 보관

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Settings page or by contacting info@expathub-all.com.

7. Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy / 구독 취소 및 환불 정책

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings → Subscription page. Upon cancellation:

• Access to PRO features continues until the end of the current billing period
• Your account is then downgraded to the Free plan automatically
• No refunds are issued for partial periods or unused time

8. Your Rights / 사용자 권리

• Access or export your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent for data processing (by deleting your account)
