1. Acceptance of Terms / 약관 동의
By accessing and using CreatorPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description / 서비스 설명
CreatorPilot is an AI-powered YouTube analytics platform for content creators. Features include:
- YouTube channel analytics and performance metrics
- AI-powered content recommendations (Anthropic Claude)
- Trend analysis and video optimization tools
- Channel pattern learning and growth insights
3. Subscription Plans / 구독 플랜
CreatorPilot offers a Free plan and a paid PRO plan:
- Free Plan: 1 YouTube channel, basic data access, no AI features
- PRO Plan: Multiple YouTube channels, full AI features — $9 per channel / month
Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy / 취소 및 환불 정책
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription
- Upon cancellation, PRO access continues until the end of the current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan
- No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
- Refunds may be provided only where required by applicable law
5. User Responsibilities / 사용자 책임
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Use the service in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's API policies
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
6. Intellectual Property / 지적 재산권
CreatorPilot and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of the service operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated recommendations are provided as suggestions only.
7. Limitation of Liability / 책임 제한
CreatorPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
8. Account Termination / 계정 해지
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page.
9. Changes to Terms / 약관 변경
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
